Big and small themes rolled into one then, but 'Tired of Winning' is a gloriously dreamy, smile-inducing affair that floats blissfully along from the sparkling opening through its satisfying bass line to an effortlessly infectious chorus. The whole output feels effortless in fact, fuss-free, but that does nothing to take away the subtextual melancholy that lurks throughout. Here's hoping for more from the somewhat enigmatic, unsigned Philadelphia outfit. -G.O'B
